Here is a simple test you can do to check your hip and ankle stability.

Stand tall, raise one leg, and notice what happens.

If your body stays steady, your hips stay level, and you do not feel shaking or shifting — great job. Your body is showing better stability and control.

But if your hip drops, your body shifts to one side, your ankle starts shaking, or you feel unstable, that can be a sign your body needs attention. It may mean weakness in the hip muscles, poor ankle stability, poor balance, or a compensation pattern starting in your lower body.

Do not wait until it becomes hip pain, knee pain, lower back pain, or a bigger injury.

At Life RX Wellness, we use postural assessment, movement testing, PhysioMassage, and corrective exercises to help you understand what is happening in your body and what needs to be corrected.

Simple check: If you are stable — great. If you are shaky — get assessed.

Give Life RX a call and let’s help your body move better.
