A lot of people ask:

“Why do I keep going to the chiropractor every week, but my pain keeps coming back?”

First, let’s be clear: this is not a war with chiropractors. There are many great chiropractors doing excellent work. Some work with movement, fascia, posture, exercises, and full-body function.

But if the treatment is only a quick adjustment, and nothing changes in your daily movement, muscle balance, fascia, posture, or habits, the body may keep returning to the same old pattern.

The body is not held together by bones alone. Muscles, fascia, ligaments, tendons, and the nervous system all help organize posture and movement. Fascia plays an important role in force transmission, posture, movement, and proprioception.

Think about your daily life.

You sit the same way. You drive the same way. You work the same way. You walk with the same imbalance. You sleep in the same position. You load the same muscles every day.

Over time, one group of muscles becomes overactive and tight. Another group becomes weak, sleepy, or disconnected. The hips shift. The spine compensates. The shoulders round. The neck tightens. Then pain starts.

An adjustment may help improve motion and reduce pain for some people, but research describes the benefits as generally modest, and evidence strength can be low depending on the condition.

So if you are getting adjusted every week and nothing is changing long-term, the question is:

Are you correcting the reason your body keeps going back out of balance?

At Life RX Wellness, we believe adjustment can be helpful when the joint is restricted. But after that, the body still needs:

Fascia work Soft tissue therapy Postural assessment Muscle activation Corrective exercise Movement retraining Daily maintenance

This is where PhysioMassage and Zaradka come in.

PhysioMassage helps assess the body, work with soft tissue, identify compensation, and improve movement patterns. Zaradka helps you maintain your body daily through simple movement, mobility, stability, breath, and body awareness.

It sounds like a lot, but it is really simple:

Assess the body. Release what is restricted. Activate what is weak. Move every day. Build a better pattern.

If you keep doing the same thing every week and getting the same result, it may be time to add the missing piece.

Don’t just adjust the bones. Train the body to hold the correction.
